Summary of Role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Asset Protection team.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract to assist with the Will project, requiring physical presence in the office.
Key Tasks
- To provide general administrative support for the Asset Protection Team and to work with Executive Assistants and the wider team to assist with office administration.
- To assist with processing (including scanning, filing and printing) incoming and outgoing hardcopy mail into the team.
- Preparing documents and forms for signature.
- Dealing with queries from clients and other firms in terms of Wills, Powers of Attorney and title deeds held in our safe custody.
- Arranging for closed files and documents to be indexed and stored offsite.
- Assisting Executry and Trust teams with the processing of payments from the client account by making calls to verify bank details.
- Preparing internal forms in line with the firm's procedures (for example, forms to index documents in the safe and finance forms).
- Dealing with mandates from other firms.

- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

- You have excellent communication skills, you are articulate, you communicate clearly, concisely and without any jargon.
- You enjoy working within a team and autonomously on your own initiative.
- You are personable and good at building and developing client relationships.
- You are confident and you have a strong belief in yourself and your own ability.
- You are committed to providing a good client experience and willing to put in extra time and effort when required
